Howdy, I’m Christine! I am an ISTJ with a unique perspective looking for a collaborative work partner. Inspectors like me learn best with an articulated schedule, a clear and precise assignment, and are task oriented. Hartzell’s assessment puts me as one who has a strong need for achievement. This means we are highly motivated to complete assignments!
I am a certified teacher with some substitute teaching experience, but do not have my own classroom. I think I would enjoy being a middle school librarian because that age range blends the best of elementary and high school aspects. My schedule is flexible. I do like to work out at the gym and finish up in time to start working at 8:30 PM. However, I can also collaborate during the day.
